Most of my inspiration for this project came from the game Godzilla: Save the Earth, a fairly good representation of the Godzilla franchise in a fighting game set-up. When I was thinking about a video game adaptation of the MonsterVerse, I wanted to think of the best way for fans to feel like they were in control of the colossal and awesome titans in environments where they can battle each other. Now that we have established a story mode and a fairly sizeable roster of monsters, I would like to talk about gameplay elements and inspiration. This could serve as a post-launch DLC for players who want new content.
